I am also with Dock, POP, Rod retumbo and 1000 are too slow for the 7mm especially with the lighter bullets. My best load is the 160gr pushed with 61 gr. 4350 (only works in my gun!!!!!!!!) small little itty bitty groups.
Also kills elk and deer both!

Which 4350 are you using Bill, H or IMR? Scotty

I R using H-4350. Just really works well in this 700.

I have been using IMR 4350 for a few years now in 3 different 7mm mags.
160 gr. ABs and 60grs of powder it is just over 2900fps.
All 3 rifles shoot less 1"moa.
