7mm RM loads

Guys,

I need some help for a buddy.
He is shooting a Rugar M77 in 7mm Remington Mag and we are trying to find an accurate load quickly for WT Deer hunting. Looking at 140gr and 150gr BT's.
He currently has IMR4831 and I suggested he pick up RL22.
Does anyone have any pet loads they can share.
I greatly appreciate any help you guys can offer.

H-1000 is a terrific powder for my 7mm Rem Mag. I have only used this powder for 160-175 grain bullets. Otherwise my favorite powder is IMR 4831 with good result with H4831 as well.

I get my best results in my Remington BDL in 7mm Rem. Mag. with IMR4831 64.0grs. pushing a Speer 160gr. PSP along at 2950fps. This is pretty much maximum in my rifle. It groups .631" (5 at 100yds.)most often which isn't bad for a sporter weight rifle. Best wishes.

I use 65.1 Grains of 4350 and can cut bullet holes if winds right at 100 yards. at about 3200 fps
