9.3 AB's on sale

I kinda figured you would feel a little sting on these! Scotty

A little sting! Ouch! This positively hurts! Nosler has to work on this to work out some way for me to access SPS.

Mike, then there wouldn't be any left for commoners like me. They would likely have to contract a tractor trailer to deliver bullets to you anyhow!

I was going to pick up one of the Ruger Africans in 9.3x62 a while back, but pushed it off a while for some forgotten reason.

Kurt,

I let it lapse when I moved from the Lower Mainland in '98. Ouch! That hurts more than sitting in an airport and reviewing hunting supply sites online!

Mike,

Maybe your daughter can stock up for you.

Good idea, Jim. I seldom think about that, but it would work well for me.

Mike,

I was hoping it would work for you. Let me know if you need any help.

Hmmm,,,,,,,, says out of stock, guess I must be alil late on the draw there. :(

Wow- those moved out fast! I know the 358 225/250gr, 338 225/250gr PT's and the other bigger bullets go pretty quick. You have to jump on them pretty quick. I know I am always hawking the store for 250gr PT for the Whelen. Scotty

Oh Well,,,,next time. While not an overly popular caliber, it don't suprise me they got snatched up quickly.
I still have a fair supply of both Nosler's for my 9.3x74R. And I don't use them for practice, but rather whatever I find cheaper. Picked up a bunch of Privi's awhile back for that purpose. And I know where my scope settings are for both the 286 PT's and 250 AB's. Those are only 2 clicks difference, so it's just a matter of mounting the barrel and firing 2 fouling rounds and I'm good to go. Still hoping to use the 250 AB's on Elk, which was the plan this year until things went awry. God willing, there is next year!

Those 250gr 9.3 AB is an awesome looking bullet. High BC and great SD. Can't see where you would need for more here on our continents. Scotty

It is and I agree Scotty,,,,,however if it ever came to something with teeth and claws that might bite back, I would prefer to send the 286 gr. Partition. Can't have too much penetration in some situations

I couldn't agree more. There are some awesome 9.3 bullets for large game. Although, with that size bullet at the speeds more 9.3's run at, I would bet most of them would be pretty awesome. Scotty
