6gr HS-6 powder. Supposedly penetrate 30” plus. Not sure, right now they are fairly inexpensive at Midway. Plus they look good.

Interesting bullet. Is the 30" penetration ballistic gel?
It would be interesting to see how many gallon water jugs it would penetrate.

30 inch penetration is a bit of an overkill. The problem is going to be what's on the other side of your target. Over penetration gets the person that's not involved hurt.

I use the extreme defense version in 32 ACP and 380 ACP. That way I don't have to worry about lack of expansion

I don’t aim at people. This is for bear defense for my wife. She can’t handle a .44 mag.
