A future project- .264 Magnum

Both of you have very convincing arguements but I think it is best to disagree. To thine own self be true as Shakespeare put it. Always great advice in my opinion.

I think the 264 is going to take aback seat for now anyways. I have my eyes on a Marlin 45-70.

LOL - that's quite the change in direction! I like it but I found it funny because I'm the same way. Ten different thoughts on ten different days. :)
 
No kidding... sounds like my train of thought. Flat shooting uber-mag, no wait, a punkin chucker!
 
Its such a versatile one too. And I dont have anything centerfire rifle thats bigger than .308 right now...I know I know but here in Oregon even the biggest stuff doesnt take more than one 30-06 and live to tell about it. So a punkin chucker isnt really necessary, just like a 264 isnt necessary when I have a 25-06 and a 270 already haha. But its something new and interesting!
