OK I have loads in my 358win using H322, H4895, and TAC. Now whos used AA2540? I load 225gr partitions and 200gr spire points.

Just looking for a accurate 200gr load from 2450 to 2500 fps. And the same for the 225gr say 2420-2460fps.

AA's balistision says AA2320 or AA2340 would be great anyone use these

One of my hunting loads uses A2495 with 225 grain PT in my .358. A2520 is one of my favourite powders in the 35 Whelan, but I have not used it in my .358. IMR3031, TAC and 10X have all given me excellent results with 200 grain to 225 grain bullets.

TJEN, I use 41gr of IMR4198 with the HDY 200gr SPT. I get 2450 with my BLR. I have a few pounds of AA2520 on the bench that I plan to use with the 225's if I can ever get my hands on some. I have the data that AA sent to me, and would gladly email it to you if you want it. They show 2300-2500 with the 225's and 2250-2400 with the 250's and AA2520. Haven't used a grain of it yet. Thanks guys I havn't hit on a real accurate load for my 358win yet though its in a 700 SA with a 1:14 shilen barrel so I expecting groups close to an inch. I have had some nice groups but not consistant eough for me to beleive. A 1.25 group would be just fine if it was a day in day out thing.
Send me the data via PM and I willl check itb out. I did get some seirras to save money just on work up loads for the 225 grainers but found time more scares should have just used partitions from the start.

I am still not sure off the burn rate having western streer me to xterminator & AA2320 though H322 falls close to that.

I have a great load for the 35rem with H4895 but I know AA2520 will do the same. I load for 35rem/358win/35whelen so 1 or two commin powders would be nice

Been doing some quail hunting here in FLA and have a quail/pig hunt in a few days. right now the surf is braking pretty hard on the beach here at Bocca Grande.
