I just joined this forum and I'm looking for some info. I shoot a .257 Roberts and have shot Nosler bullets for years. I have used the ballistic tip as well as the Partition bullet. I have just ordered some AccuBond bullets in 110 grain. Where can I find the loading data for this bullet?

Thanks.

I started load development with the same bullet.

257 Roberts
110 gr AB
R-P case
Federal GM210M primer

IMR 4350
43.0 grs Avg 2799 fps ES 43 SD 23
43.5 grs Avg 2818 fps ES 47 SD 23
44.0 grs Avg 2849 fps ES n/a SD n/a

RL22
48.0 grs Avg 2974 fps ES 16 SD 8

Accuracy with all loads in my 700 Classic 24" barrel is around 1.0"

I will work on improving accuracy at a later date due to the fact that hunting season is almost upon us here.

JD338,

Thanks!
Please excuse my ignorance , but what does "ES" and "SD" stand for?

SD- Standard of deviation--basically a statistical term. The lower the # the better the uniformity of the load.

ES- Extreme spread --highest velocity minus lowest velocity of SAME load.
