Accubond over 3100 fps

I didn't want to say it because this is a Nosler site but............... based on the hyper-velocity cartridge you're using and the quarry you intend to hunt, I would take the Swift A-Frame hands down.

Unlike the Partition bullets they don't shed the forward core when meeting heavy resistance or impacting at HIGH velocity. I really like Partition bullets but they can't meet every conceivable requirement. Thank goodness we have so many options in quality bullets.

Charlie-NY,

No worries of other bullets on this forum. We are all here to learn.

For big bears the Swift A-Frame is far superior for weight retention and penetration. The Trophy bonded bear claw is a very close second .I'm not trying to sell bullets. This is 25 years of experience in both kinds. I don't use the A-frames anymore because they are a weight retention-penetration bullet . Too much so for the thin skinned game I hunt, even elk. The Partition and AccuBond are unsurpassed for them. A big bear is all about heavy muscle and big bones and every grain of bullet that can hold together and penetrate is insurance for the hunter. I say that as I wear my AccuBond jacket, (custom) , hat , shirt (custom) and shooting box (custom). I'm a walking billboard for Nosler but I want to see pictures of a dead bear.
Good Hunting

Put another vote in for the 200 Partition. Will break BIG bone and keep on trucking into the vitals. My choice for a big bear that can bite back. Regards, Eagleye.
