What kind of pressures are you running. I have had a few 378 weatherbies which boast way more capacity than any RUM case can house. The most I could get out of it was 3200 fps and that was max (with the 260 AB).
I must say I am intrigued to say the least. My buddies 375 Ultra that I handload for does 2960 fps with the 260 AB.
What is your load my friend? How long is your barrel?

That's smoking. I'm getting 2990 out my 375RUM with the 260AB and 2800 something with the 300AB.
