advice for a newbie at using the .223

the groups with 25/ 2.300'' are the same load as last week
i also tried other col to see but i will stay with 25 gr 2.300'' and try to improve the operator
the fact that in the 3 groups using this load i have 3 shots almost in the same hole tells me that i'm probably to blame for the rest

I would stay away from the 70 grain and up in the bergers and the amax bullets your 1-9 will not give consstent stability. The 69 sierra match king will be a good choice for your 1-9 twist, if you want more expansion trim the meplat "tip" back. I think you will find the matchking better suited and predictable past the 400 yard mark.
