We went to Yosemite with friends and family and as soon as I parked the car, I spotted the deer bedding underneath the Sequoias. I immediately grabbed the camera and took several picture. I handed the camera to my wife and went after the deer. I got really close and was about to give the deer a hug when the Park Ranger put a stop to it. Almost got a ticket for animal harassment.

I really have to play dumb to get out of that ticket.

Great mass, very hard to find in a blacktail.

I am off to Oregon the end of this week to see if I can find one. I will be thinking of your buck while hunting...jim
