No, I don't know how antelope tenderloin survived a year in my freezer, but it's still tender and delicious! So, I cooked it on the skillet tonight with red onion, red potato, red bell pepper and mushrooms... YUM! Accompanied by Indian Wells red blend. Very nice evening meal.

No - I only hunt Wyoming every other year.

We have a small population of antelope in Washington, but that's a recent thing and there's no hunting for them yet. I'll be hunting mule deer for a week, starting Saturday. Hoping my son tags a nice buck! :)

Now I'm hungry for antelope again!

Been wanting to get back over in SE Alberta and harvest another antelope.
Unfortunately the fellow I hunted there last year was hurt badly in an accident and wasn't up to hunting last year. And now I can not get a hold of him. Oh well, there just wasn't the time or money this year. Perhaps next year!
