So what do you have on your wish list in 2025 anything?
I can say i started the year telling myself I dont 'need' anything so I'm going to try not to buy any, but that doesn't stop me from looking and there are a handfull that if i come across the right deal it might be hard to turn it down. Some on that list
357, 41, 500 lever guns
357 case hardened single action
25-06 light weight hunting rifle
260 heavy barrel
243 maybe an old sako
That's whats on my mind now, be interesting to see what changes by the end of the year.
What are yours?

I know where there is a Cooper 25-06. Beautiful wood and an older model from when they were being made in Stevensville, MT.
Only drawback is that it is a single shot and not a mag fed rifle. It would be in my safe right now if not for the single shot. 🙂

I started the year saying I'm good and didn't want to add calibers; so much for that. Need, no. Interested in something new, yes.
I am in the process of finalizing a 325 WSM LH. Smoking deal so I couldn't pass it up. It comes with about 100 rounds of new and once fired brass. I just need to pick it up.
Still on the hunt for a BLR in 358 Win. I bid on the last one on GB, but it got up to new pricing and I bailed. My guy has one on backorder, so that looks promising.
That's it for now, but that could change.

Those left hand 325 WSM's are hard to find, still kicking myself for getting rid of mine years ago. Lots of great bullets out there for the round. Congratulations on a great find!

True but I'm on a fixed income. LOL
Actually I'm not complaining.
It more load development for me and since I'm retired...

Same here...as I just got the new to me LH Browning X Bolt in 7mm Rem, which I didn't need...but couldn't pass when it presented itself.
And I had been wanting a LH in 7MM PRC and finally decided on the Fierce, and found one at a good price and then found the VX-5HD 3-5x44 B&C for a really good price so can say I am pleased to have the set up I was hoping for! And the first group is showing the rifle has the potential I am hoping for!

Then I remembered that one of the rifles on my Bucket List still is a Winchester 1885 Low Wall in 6.5x55. Since they don't make them anymore, I will be keeping my eyes open for one. It took me 20 years to find a couple of other rifles that I have owned over the years, so I am patient, and will be happy when I am finally able to find one. In the interim, I will enjoy my High Wall in 6.5 CM and my LH Steyr Mannlicher Model M Full Stock in 6.5x55!

I don't have anything I am planning on buying. That said, my eyes (and likely my wallet) will be open for one or more of the following, if I can find the right price:
454 Casull lever gun
45-70 lever gun (maybe)
30-30, but it would have to be an older Winchester 94, it's the only one I really want for that
338-06 (always looking for one of those, if I can afford it)

I've (mostly) stopped buying factory rifles and started re-barreling.
Last year the new barrel was a second 30 Nosler. This year is a new 223 Ackley Improved.
Guess I'm going another direction, lol.

I've had 270ai, 6mm rem ai, and my favorite 260ai. Always wanted a 223ai .
