anyone have one or shot 1. seen videos online at site about them seem nice. just wondering if they really took that much recoil out.

I have a Knoxx stock which works sorta on the same principle with a collapsing butt pad and a heavy spring. It is on my 375 Ruger and helps a lot.
If you get a collapsing/compressing kind of stock then you need to pay attention to the eye relief on your scope. I had to go with a 6" eye relief scope and mount if far forward
I would estimate my recoil is reduced 30 to 40%
