bang for the buck?

hey all, i was wondering what your thoughts are on an "affordable" progressive reloader that is capable of reloading handgun cals and rifle cals. I have looked at a few but just looking for more hands on input!

At the bottom end of the price spectrum are the Lee progressives. There are those that swear at them, and those that swear by 'em.

A little further up the price food chain is the Hornady LNL AP. A very good press, with the features of a Dillon 650, but the price of a 550.

At the top end in price is the Dillon equipment. Very good reputations, but very expensive for the features you get (compared to the Hornady).

Just my $0.02.

Having owned and used a Dillon 550B For over 15 years, I will recommend one without reservation. I have loaded tens of thousands of rounds both rifle and pistol.Rick.

of the previously mentioned press' are they all auto indexing?

I had them all! By the best you can even if you have to wait for a year or two. Do not scrounge!

I notice no mention of the RCBS progressive. Any opinions on it?
