Besides SPS when they have what I want in stock, where do you go to buy bulk rifle bullets? So far I've looked at the usuals SPS, Natchez, Widener's, Graf's, Mid South, and Midway. I haven't tried Powder Valley yet, though I hear I should check them out. I'm looking to buy in minimums of 500-1000, looking for 70 grain NBT and 107 Sierra MK's in 6mm, along with some other calibers mixed in. I sure wish Nosler would offer larger boxes than 250 in the NBT's.

Thanks!

You've already named my primary sources of bullets.

Retailers here in my area sure seem to price bullets steep, mighty steep. In the past some of my match-shooting buddies and I have arranged for drop-shipments of bullets, each of us ordering somewhere between one and five thousand at a time. When we split up an order of 10,000 - 20,000 bullets we've been able to get some good prices.

We've done the same for powder - with everyone ordering 8 lb jugs of whatever they needed.

It's a way to cut down on costs and also keeps things consistent since the bullets or powder are all the same lot number.

Cabelas does also carry bulk bullets. If you have a card and points you can significantly reduce the cost of special purchases. It works for me!!!

I don't use Cabela's much anymore and I don't have a card so I guess I don't really have that option.

I am a real fan of SPS, but also money is money, and if I can discount purchases especially components I will. Gives me more lead down the tube.
