Was wondering if anyone else has had any trouble of being blocked by Midway from accessing their site? I have been a longtime customer, never an issue before. I looked around, put an item in my cart then went back and it won't let me logon. Called customer service couple times explaining the problem and thought it was to be fixed but not. Will talk to them again. Just curious if it's me or been a problem for others. Dan.

Not here. I just put in an order last week and it arrived Saturday. Hope you get it resolved quickly.

It may be worth just changing your password. I think I remember seeing something about Midway having this issue periodically and that a password change can clear it up. Good luck.

I thought of that but I can't log in or anything to attempt to change my password. Totally blocked. Weird.

It sounds as if you need to clear your cache. Of course, I'm only guessing from a distance. Nevertheless, that would seem to be a reasonable response.

I just tried and was able to log in without an issue.
Even if you click forgot my password , still a no go.

Update so far. Midway wanted my IP address. Got one of my kids to help me fine one (I'm Old Dude) Sent that to Midway. Son suggested turning off the Wi-Fi on my phone to see if that would allow me access to Midway site. Presto it worked. It appears the problem might be with the internet server, Optimum. Now Midway emails that the IP I sent i not what they are looking for. This is getting out of my wheelhouse. So hopefully in the next few days can find what they are wanting. In the meantime, going to clear my browsing history to see if that might clear things up. Time will tell. At least can use my phone now.

I just ordered some ammo from Midway.

I’m not much of a computer guy and have no clue what cache history, IP Address, or other goobledegook means. I’m a simple guy that fixes things by getting a bigger hammer or putting it in place using baling wire.

I guess what I meant to say is that Larry Potterfield’s website is working for me.

Totally understand. My smartphone works to logon to midway. My desktop not so. I'm computer illiterate for most stuff and rely on my kids and grandkids.

Ok, at the current time I am able to access Midway site through my desktop thanks to son Ben who cleared out the browsing history. Don't know if that was the problem but it is corrected for now. I want to make it understood that Midway doesn't seem to have been the problem and their customer service was very helpful in offering suggestions and trying to correct the problem. So, big shout out for MidwayUSA. Dan.

Yerp, that was probably the problem. I am not a big computer person myself, but my dad and older brother both are programers and I am involved in video game dev (as an artist and project manager, not a programer,) so I have picked up a bit here and there at this point. I still get stuck sometimes and am glad to have them around when necessary though!
