RCC's been around for a bit. They lathe cases instead of stamping/swaging.

Yeah, their web site lists the brass at $5.40/case. They will sell Fotis 405 Winchester brass at $6.18/case. I suppose when people get desperate, they will be willing to pay about anything for the product. And the link provided by the OP does say it is primed, so there is that.

The stuff is extremely hard after a fire, so it'll need annealed if he wants to resize it.

I never saw the brass before today and no i won't pay that much. Maybe $2.00.
