Several recent loads that I have been experimenting with have pushed capacity to the max. The problem I have run into is that bullets have a tendancy to get stuck in the seating die during compaction. Any easy corrections here?
Both replies are good fixes and I'd also add is the load safe? You might consider reducing the powder charge. If the load is safe then you could try using a longer drop tube in order to compact the powder in the case prior to bullet seating. Some people have also placed the charged cases on some sort of vibrating platform in order to allow the powder to settle into a case prior to bullet seating. I hope that helps.
