I picked up this camera on Amazon Prime days and I’m disappointed with it. My old camera was getting 100 plus hits a week with all kinds of wildlife. This one is averaging 6 a week. The other issue is the picture quality poor at best and if you want the hi-res picture it hits you with a 5 picture charge. Even that quality isn’t the greatest.
The Browning that’s a much better deal.

I had struck a deal like that, 2 cameras for one for a incredible deal for 99 bucks from the manufacturer when I called about a lens replacement, i had it set up and the results was very poor, low quality pictures and taking pics of nothing but trees which was over 60 feet away, I had the settings set to the least sensitive setting, and it took over about 1,500 pictures and 95 % of that was at nothing but trees or grass swaying in the wind, the remainder was at some game but quality of pictures was poor.

As there are not many deer on our property, I have learned to only buy the cell cameras with a free plan option.
I have been VERY happy with the Wildgame Innovations cameras.

I got a camera up yesterday, it is $10 mo. Set up of the Edge camera, was about instantaneous! Camera has NO SD card. Everything is stored on Moultrie's cloud server. Seams well made and SIMPLE. I only have it set at 4 mpex, at high resolution it is 33mpex.
Has a very fast trigger speed, will capture vehicles coming down our drive going say 20mph, immediately as they come past trees.
Here is a low resolution picture. I am sure there are lots of better cameras out there but I doubt there is for $50....... It's small ,works great, and seams to do everything I need a game camera to do. The cheap plan won't text you a notification it sends it to your email....... Again I can live with that also. I feel it is darn good value for short money. Jm2cw

This picture depicts how fast camera can capture an animal walking into the edge of the lens. Here is an English Setter again camera is set at lowest resolution(4 Meg pix) here. I will set it up to HD quality (33 megs)
Just to show what it can do with it at 8X more resolution just for comparision.... I use a game camera to check out buck deers antlers....... even 4mp would show me everything I need to see......the dog is aproximately 45' from camera.

Ok when the smoke all clears if you fancy your self as a highliner, and you like the best, of course these Edge cameras are NOT for you. Don't mess around , just jump to the head of the class! This is the only camera you should consider! And at only $800 for a 2 pack, what the heck....... it's gotta be a deal!.
