Chamber Length and case trimming

I am planning on ordering the Sinclair Chamber Length Gauge and as such, I have a question - If you know the exact length of your chamber, do you trim to that length or do back if off slightly?

You will back off by about 0.010 inches to permit stretch in the brass. There are instructions included with the set you buy.
