By far my pride and joy and the best shooting hunting rifle I have ever owned and I have owned some that really shoot well. My M48 TGR in 7mm-08 is the perfect mountain rifle at 7 pounds 8 ozs including bases, rings and scope.

Thanks David, I love taking pictures especially of my rifles and of course my reloads. :) Nothing Shinny about the M48 TGR, just a real nice looking business type rifle and does it ever take care of business.

Very comely photography, Mike. The rifle is a handsome instrument, that's for certain.

Woods,

That is some serious fire power you are showing us. Great selection of glass on some rifles built with top-flight components.

Now, Kurt, I said the photography was comely--attractive, well-done. I didn't imply that it was pulchritudinous or ravishing. The rifle is assuredly handsome, though not at all delicate. It is delightful and elegant, though I would avoid describing it as cute. It would need a purple McSwirly in order to qualify on that order. I have deliberately avoided classifying the firearm as ravishing, though it is possible that a rifle could be saucy. The lines on the Winchester Model 70 Featherweight come close to qualifying as racy or rakish, chic or dashing.

Mike, I tried to read that, I really did. But, in my head, it just sounded like the teacher from the Peanuts cartoons.
