Mine is in a lot better condition and I am still using it. No problem with making good reloads.

I'd say early 1980's. With some extra love, you could restore it to pretty nice condition. I'd contact RCBS to obtain new hardware. I suspect that they would send it to you at no charge.

If you look under the die bushing there should be a 2 digit stamp.
I (don’t quote me for sure) believe it is the year of manufacturing. Mine isn’t very legible. It look to be 00 for year 2000.

That thing had many miles on it when i got it circa 1994...
It has to be approaching 100k rounds produced. I'm thinking with what I've loaded and guessing with the condition it was when i got it.
I just got a turret press so I'm retiring this guy. Perhaps I will have a need for it afai

I've seen presses from your press era with that grip
But...
The grip on mine is the bicycle grip....

Mine has the black round ball handle too. It was purchased in the early to mid 90's.
