I had this at the Wild game banquet at church the other night

Duck breasts cut into bite sized peaces, dipped in a mixture of eggs and milk beaten together, and rolled in flour or (my favorite) Bisquick, and deep fried.
You can (and they did) do the same with wild turkey breast. (not the whiskey)
I also slice my deer tenderloin into 1/2 inch thick "medallions" and fry them this way also.

Simple is often better. And this type of food, with a cold Mt Dew or a cold V-8 sounds mighty fine.

We do this with wild turkey all the time. We actually cheat and use House of Autry chicken breader... http://www.house-autry.com/ It comes in regular and spicy. Good stuff. We then deep fry the turkey nuggets in peanut oil and dip them in Sticky Fingers BBQ sauce when they are done. YUMMY!

We also will marinate deer tenderloin in the Sticky Fingers and then deep fry it in the peanut oil.

Dang now I'm ready for lunch
