E-Tip inquiry

I thought last year someone here on the forum got a box of Etips with a relief groove in them? I am just curious if that was a one off, or has Nosler addressed some of the pressure issues with the Etip.
I would like to test the 90 gr if I could find a box or two with a relief groove.

I'm not really sure if it's a relief groove or just a kind of a big cannelure they're not very deep and theyre about .060 wide.
On some bullets theyre just below where that ogive starts and on others they're kinda farther down the shank.
I usually pick mine up over at Shooters Pro Shop as seconds and look for the description " Banded".

I believe it is a standard feature now. All the other monolithic bullets have them.
