A good hunting tale never gets old!
The pain is forgotten and the exhaustion can now be fondly remembered as part of the adventure!
But the memories never die, nor the grins and laughter that comes with the sharing memories with those that shared the adventures with you.

The whole time I was reading the story I wondered whether I would have given up, particularly when the blood trail stopped. Elk must be an incredible animal to hunt. Well done
