Favorite 22 and shooting bench

Here's my favorite 22. It's a Ruger 10/22 with the mannlicher/laminate stock. When Ruger discontinued these, our local Walmart was moving to a new "Supercenter" building and they had these deeply discounted. I originally got 3 of them at $60/each. 2 of them went to other homes. Also a picture of the shooting bench I threw together one morning at the farm. Local shooting club has been increasing dues but the shooting range has gone to pieces, and I have plenty of space to shoot at the farm, so my shooting buddy bought the materials and I did a 3am off-the-clock couple of hours and voila!

Nice looking bench! I have plans for a bench of my own this spring to have "at the farm" as well. There is nothing better than being able to shoot right in your back yard :grin: !
