Does anyone have chronograph data showing smaller velocity spread for identical powder loads using 215 match primers versus regular Federal 215 primers?

Too close to tell in my rifles. I only use the 215m now

Same here. I use the 215M as well because that is what I have. Would not worry in the least to sub in a regular 215 though.

I've fired both in loads over the years without noting a significant difference. Any difference in ES or SD was sufficiently small as to be inconsequential.

Where were you guys when I went out and bought all those GM215M's, I could have bought another 1000s with the money I would have saved. LOL Its good information to know.

I use the GM215M and never made a comparison to the 215's.

I am guessing that they have a smaller s because they are match primers. I get about 30 fps more than with BR-2 primers (+/- 3000 psi).

Thanks for all the responses.
Sounds like other than specific cases and rifles there is no significant difference.
Or better put, there are other more significant factors than the difference in primers.
