I didn't get out to anything over 100 yards but got the first firing and initial zero on the new rifle. I was shooting black hills 175gr MK loads. Those are both 5 shot groups st 100 yards. It's hard to imagine I could do any better with hand loads!

Well, it definitely appears to be delivering accuracy. Good show!

That group in the red diamond is without doubt the best 5 shot group I have ever fired! So far I have 29 rounds fired. There sadly wasn't room on the 300 yard berm to try any further today. I might try to get out for a few minutes tomorrow. The 3+ hours of daylight makes things tough. At least the partly cloudy 17 degrees was decent shooting weather. Those two groups were off bags. I always do better off bags than bipods.

Great looking and shooting rifle (y) ! With that setup you will be able to go well past 300 yards.

I have a similar rifle built on the Elisio chassis in 6BRX that is used for competition once in a while, but is mainly used in p-dog towns. Same action as you with a 30" Bartlein medium palma barrel. Mine is a single shot with the Jewell BR trigger. I really like how adjustable the stock is for length of pull and cant.

My local range only has up to 300 yard berm. I was hoping to get it zeroed at the range before I take it "off-road" to do more serious long range work out to 800-1000 yards

That 6mmbrx looks like a pretty serious rifle. I bet it does an umber on a prairie dog

Stretched the range out a night on Saturday. At 300 off the bench I turned up a several of sub 2" inch groups with black hills 175 SMK, and 175 TSMK. Showing a marked preference for the non tipped match kings. A couple of the standard match kings groups dropped under an inch.

The real surprise was the hornady superformance 168 amax load. I had a partial box.

This was 5 shots at 100 yards

And I only had 3 left and tried them at 300

I have a boatload of these amax, got 300 of them in a package deal. I'm going try a load of varget with them and see how they do. That superformance load is greatly moving, I wish I knew what powder they used.

Very impressive accuracy. The tube gun is proving itself to be accurate. Most gratifying results.
