First experience with lamb

This was the first time I sank my teeth into lamb. She used her standard meatloaf recipe of 1.5 parts beef, but used .5 part lamb instead of pork. Covered in bacon and smoked with hickory. I have to say I preferred it over the version of pork mixed with the beef.

It certainly came out looking attractive. I don't mind lamb. It is more expensive than pork in this country, so I'm not inclined to eat it as much primarily because of cost. I certainly don't find it objectionable.

Lamb can be quite good. I've only had lamb chops, but they were excellent.

I want to try it again by itself., not mixed with another meat.
