Looking to pick up a new predator call. Trying to decide between the Wildfire II or the hellfire. I have zero experience with any of them. Just wondering if any of you have used them or know if the hellfire is worth the extra cost. Will be used primarily for coyotes, in relatively open country. The biggest advantage I can see with the hellfire is extra volume, but not knowing how loud the wildfire is I don't know if it's needed.

Thanks,
Tim

Shoots,
I know it's not exactly your answer, but I have the Spitfire and it's great on volume except when the wind is howling ( when I probably shouldn't be out there anyway!). Only hunting central Ohio though.
I really like Foxpro FWIW.

i purchased a reconditioned fx 5 from the foxpro factory. significant cheaper than anywhere else. i love mine might wanna look down that road.

Good tips guys, thanks. I should have mentioned that I got a bunch of cabelas gift cards for Christmas so that'll likely be where I order it from. Just trying to decide if the hellfire has features that I need and/or are worth $150 more than the wildfire II.

I have an older FoxPro and it works well for calling in wood lots.
I would call Mike at FoxPro and discuss your requirements.

I have a fury. It's pretty good except in high winds , called one in from 1 mile a month or so ago. I had set up on a slight rise and just started glassing. I picked up a yote walking thru some cattle , so I started with snowshoe hare distress , no reaction as I watched thru the binos. So I turned it to lightning Jack and cranked it up, first thing I noticed all the cows turned ears perked. Then the yote turned and come in on the dead run. I think the wildfire would work just fine.
