Garlic Shrimp

Shrimp in garlic, butter & olive oil:






Marinated the asparagus in balsamic vinegar. Lightly singed the asparagus in a hot skillet. Rice is long-grain. Cucumber & tomato were sliced raw. Excellent meal, well received by all.

My wife chose Dreaming Tree Chardonnay out of California - and it is very good...

I went with Alamos Malbec from Argentina. A simple, working-man's red.

Each of us was pleased with our selections. It was a good meal.
