Great customer service from Nosler!!!

I bought a box of 30 cal, 200g AB's for my 300 WBY and much to my surprise, 2 bullets were missing the white tips, well they werne't missing, but they wern't in the bullet, and 11 were very badly tarnished. This is the first I've ever experienced of this. Sooooo, I called Nosler and told them the problem and the first thing Mike said was "well send you a replacement box" I thought good deal. After I gave him my shipping info, all I had to do was give him the lot # from the box of defective bullets. Just thought I'd share my little experience and how great Noslers customer service was. Thanks again Mike!!

Any company can have a sub-standard item get past their quality control screening on occasion - it's how they handle it that makes all the difference.

Well that is good to know in light of the fact that I just got from Midway my first box of E-Tips (150gr) and my first ever box of Nosler Brass (30-06 Springfield).

Now the E-Tips are one fine looking bullet and the brass is absolutely amazing in finish. If my loads shoot as good as this brass looks I should have one accurate load. My good looking customized Mark V 30-06 which has a new B&C Metalist stock, bedded and free-floated with the Crea-Kote finish which should get here in about 8-9 days, I will begin to test some loads.

Nosler, as I said, if my loads shoot as good as these bullets and especially this brass looks I will have an exaggerated one hole five shot group.
