Has anyone shot staball 6.5 in the 7MM-08 ?

I tried it with a 140 AB and didn't group as good as Big Game does. About 1.7 verses .5-.7 haven't tried with any other bullets. Dan.

Really accurate in my 270 Win with 130gr BT’s and PT’s at 3130 fps. Haven’t tried other calibers with it yet.

I went through the 'chasing a powder' phase for my 7/08 about 6 years ago. I did it before with my finicky 308 Carbine.
In the end of too much $$ spent, too much wasted time loading shooting and my EX being a absolute Witch (replace with a B) I finally came to the conclusion that if I can't get a descent group out of a mid caliber based on the 308 case with either Varget, or RL-15....I'm wasting my time.
