Henry 243 long ranger

Hey gang my 100 grain Nosler Partitions showed up.
So I only have IMR 4350 and H4350 for powder

So if some has load data for that criteria only can you please post ( Henry Long Ranger 10:1 twist).

Just though I could work up a load for that too now.

Thanks Jer
I’d try the 42 grains of H and IMR4350 with the 100’s. Your 1-10 will stabilize them fine. Let us know how you make out.

Hi there....new to this forum for the sole reason at the moment that I read your thread. I bought a .243 henry long ranger for my wife. I have been tearing my hair out trying to get it to grout decently at 100 yards. I have tried at least 6 different boxes of factory ammo loads. I cannot get a decent group with any of them. My first cold shot is always close to bullseye and then the next 2 to 4 are up to a 4 inches apart. Had other people shoot thinking it was maybe me but same results. I've shot everything from honady precision hunters to federal to Remingtons, Winchester etc. 58 grains to 100s . Wondering how far you got in your quest. I love everything else about the gun. I live on the west coast of Canada and currently my only option is to ship the gun to the east coast. Any input would be most appreciated. Thanks
What scope and mounts are you using on your rifle. While it’s possible the gun is doing it, the other shots being all over the map screams something with the mounts or scope.

42.0 grs IMR 4350 and 100 gr bullets shot well under MOA for me in a M70 XTR 243 Win.
