Hodgdon Sale?

Got an email of a sale Hodgdon is having with free hazmat when you buy 300.00 Looking at their prices their powder is priced more than the shops I frequent when powder is in stock. They state on their website they supply the distributors more than what is available for sale on their site. Would appear to be cheaper also. Dan.

Many times, a manufacturer has a distribution-based model, and when they offer direct sales, they have to use a higher price to keep from undercutting their traditional vendors. I think sales emails like that are just to keep you brand aware and visiting their site from time to time so you can see what they have. On the plus-side, you can get their stuff locally for less, and that makes everyone, including the retailer, happy.
