From my experience, I've found Hornady sizing dies to be about the best there is, and for resizing brass (especially when going up) their tapered expander is great. I've upsized .270 WCF to 338-06 and 8x57 to 9.3x57 using Hornady FLS dies and they're great.
Specs on the former leave much to be desired, though.
My ideal die set looks like this:
Lee Collet Neck Sizer
Hornady Seater
Whatever FLS die is least expensive in given cartridge
Using the first and second the last is rarely if ever needed.
