:grin: ..........Yep! New and now on the Hornady website is the new .416 Ruger cartridge; the .375 Ruger necked up. Very predictable!

Apparently, they will chamber the .416 Ruger and add it to the 20" Alaskan line! Maybe the African too???

What a handy dandy, great handling blaster that`ll be in the Alaskan!!!................. :grin: :grin: :grin:

Looks like Hornady is going for the whole enchelada. They claim they can match all the classic rounds in a smaller, shorter package based on the Ruger Compact Magnums, 375 and 416 Ruger, Lever Evolution, light and heavy magnum, 300 TC and all the old time dangerous game calibers. Taking Marlin, Thompson Center and Ruger in cahoots is going to make rough going for the competition. I'm trying, like I suppose Nosler is, to figure out a new avenue of competition. I want Nosler to stay around! The only avenue for expansion I can see would be in Nosler custom rifle line like a switch barrel or over and under at a more affordable price than the high end guns but with Noslers well respected quality.
