I agree, but never ever use red loc-tite or you might never be able to remove it in the future! I use blue, but there is one made just for guns!

when I get the loc-tite I will probably get either the yellow or go onto midawayusa.com and get some made specifically for guns. Thank you for the steps for installing the scope base Charlie-NY!
