I updated my hunting handguns with new glass.

S&W 629 Classic 44 Rem Mag with a Leupold FX-II 4x28mm

T/C Contender 375 Winchester with a Leupold VX-3 2.5-8x32mm

Should be fun hunting this fall.

I would like to get the 375 JDJ but I need the straight walled case of the 375 Win to be legal in Southern MI.

Looking good Jim, I was wondering how you were managing the recoil on the 375 and I seem it has a break on it. My 7-30 waters would end up above my head when shot off hand so I had a brake put on it and the smith got it off center and ruined the accuracy plus the muzzle blast was horrendous and shatter your nervous system after 5-10 shots.

I have both zeroed, the S&W 629 is 1" high at 50 yards.
The T/C Contender 375 Win is dead on at 100 yards with the Sierra 200 gr FP pushed with 36.0 grs RL7 in a trimmed 38-55 Win case.
