Nosler had a manufacturing problem in 2004 that caused the 30 cal. 180 AccuBond tips on some bullets to break off when in use. I had one such box, contacted Nosler Customer Service with the lot number and they sent me a new full box at no charge.. Very nice to deal with a real person in a first class company.

That great to hear :) customer service from a large company is sometimes lacking as they don't have to worry about one individual.
Thanks for sharing that, as we tend to hear the other side more often then not.

Blessings,
Dan

Nosler is still #1 in my eyes. Great company, with quality employees... They actually give a hoot to what their customers want..

Although, they are ignoring us 45-70 guys who are beating a WAR DRUM waiting on more 300 PT's for our beloved 45-70, 450 Marlin's and other .458's!

Unfortunately, their excellent customer service doesn't always benefit us this side of the 49th parallel. I had two boxes of early production AccuBonds in which tips fell off. Though I Emailed customer service, because of the dicta of Homeland Security, little could be done. I suppose I could have taken the bullets back to the vendor and demanded my money back, but I chose to use the bullets with the tips removed as practice rounds and for seasoning barrels.
