I Have Never Been Treated Nicer

I have not received my M48 TGR yet, but Shawn Finley and Tannan Martin were so helpful in helping me acquire my new rifle. I don't remember support people being as patient and nice, making sure everything was covered before I got off the phone or when I wrote an email they asked questions to make sure our communication was complete. They actually didn't act put out with me for contacting them by phone or email. It has been a pleasant experience indeed. If the rifle is half as good as the experience I have had with Nosler, I wouldn't know how to put it all in words. Thanks Shawn and Tannan, it certainly has been a pleasure. Can't wait to shoot it!!! :mrgreen:

I dealt with Shawn for my 48 sporter and the service was great. I wanted the rifle to be ready to shoot when I got it and it was. I deal with Tannin for all my bullet orders. And thats from BIVWAK days and over 50k of bullets. Any problem was always fixed quickly. Can not get better service. Plus they are nice down to earth guys to talk to.

I've been dealing with Shawn now for over 5 months for my TGR. Every single time I have called or emailed, I have received a very prompt reply. He even related his most recent hunting trip along with pictures. A hunt I will probably not have an opportunity to experience, so it was nice to see pictures and hear his story. I WILL be back in the future for another rifle especially if we can get a 6mm Rem chambering!

Thanks again Shawn for all of your help. I can't wait to get my rifle!

Trigger set at 3 lb. I installed my 2-12x50 scope and I am ready to break in the barrel tomorrow.
Hunter's rifle. Simple and balanced.
Good job Nosler again.

Until I have found feeding problem next day from the magazine and 1/2 gap between the stock and the action????????? I will let you know guys if this will be resolved.
They made me angry.
