I think it is turning, or so I hope.

I was at a local big name store today to pick up some stuff I bought over the phone when they had it in stock. I got 55 Vmax bullets and some H4350. I ordered this last week and when I picked it up today, they still had a good number of 55 Vmax's a lot of 60 grain Vmax bullets and H4350 left over. They even had jugs of Benchmark and other powders. The biggest gap they had was in small rifle primers. They had a lot of WLR primers on hand. I think makers are starting to catch up on the .224 stuff and will be making the other products now to get all caught up. I hope they can get some .338wm brass, 6mm, and 6.5mm bullets made soon.

My STW eats powder in large quantities, I have a lb and 1/2 now of h-1000. My recent trade was supposed to solved this problem, but I ended up with 4831 and 4350

Bill, you can buy IMR 7828 SSC in a pinch and get by until H-1000 becomes available again?

Same here, starting to see alot more stuff around here as well. H1000, IMR7828, and a bunch of primers. Not much stocked locally for cases or even bullets, but powders are coming around.

I haven't visited a brick-n-mortar establishment for six or eight weeks now, but I keep an eye on what's available on line. When I start seeing primers available again I'll start to believe things are getting better. When I see rimfire ammo again I might believe the insanity has finally subsided. I do see some rimfire at about triple price, but that's not encouraging at all. Color me skeptical!

It is getting a little better here also..... as long as the powders roll in!
