I think the fumes got to this guy!

They're everywhere! I just found a guy trying to sell a rifle that can be bought new online for $379... Asking $450.... But his is missing a trigger guard and the trigger is bent."Looks like SOMEONE dropped it" was his claim. I showed him links for the parts to fix it, and link to a new identical rifle. Then offered a price that was the difference between the two. He of course threw a fit. Makes you wonder sometimes.

He's trying to get rich quick off his guns. But then they are his and he can ask what he wants but it doesn't mean he'll get it.

The marvel is that there are actually people who buy some of these at the inflated asking prices! That drives up the price on all guns for everyone.

Wow, I love the stock, I wonder if he would trade straight across for a Chet Brown?

Easy explanation. Wife says you need to sell your guns because of {insert reason}, you put it up for sale/auction at a high price. It doesn't sell. You tell the wife, "Well I tried but no one is biting".

Quite possibly. 8)

Well, it's a "custom" paint job. You're paying for the workmanship and artistry of it.

I could not have stated it better myself, true craftsmanship.
