Is H4831sc too fast for 7mm RUM?

RL 22 will work but you will not get the speed that the 7mm RUM is capable of.
Retumbo is a top performing powder. IMR7828 and RL 25 will also work well in the big RUM case.
Your HazMet fees are outragous! I hope you can turn up some Retumbo.

Thanks again. I'll double check to see if they have any RL25 in stock. If not, I'll just get the RL22 and use it for both my 7mm & 300 RUMs until I can get my hands on some slower powder, the dealer said he'd definitely get some IMR 7828 powder later on.
