I have not had much luck with drawing a Mule deer tag the last couple of years. Heading down the driveway for my morning run I ran into these three guys. All new on the property. The one facing dead away looks to be a dandy but I couldn’t get a great picture of him. In our creek bottom for apples and plums I am thinking. Deer season is a week away, I’d take that tall one if I had a tag. But if I had a tag i would have driven 4 hours to some remote spot with every one else who drew a tag.
