latest update for QL 3.9

Where can I get the latest update for Version 3.9 for QL? I don't have the Enduron powders and other new powders listed.

By the way, you have any idea when the next update is? That way I can have more data. I may want to give NECO a call.

The updates usually come near the end of the year. I would anticipate the next update to be in December, 2017, or possibly in January, 2018. Herr Broemel tends to stay abreast of changes in powders and bullets on an annual basis.
