Ahh. So you and Mike are part of the reason Winchester's are so high? I'd call you contemptible for pulling so many good Winchester's off the market, but by the looks of that picture you could hold me up off the ground with 1 arm while I protested futilely. So I'll just say good job fine sir.

My 6.5 PRC HAVAK has a vortex razor HD LHT 3-15x42 on it. It is an excellent pairing.
I have a nightforce NXS 2.5-10x42 on my 300 win mag havak.
I have been very pleased with both scopes but give the edge to the razor. The extra magnification is nice

I handled quite a few Razors. All were excellent glass that would give a run to any glass most of us consider premiere.

Ain’t gonna lie I spent years hunting with nothing but the 6.5’s. Been through the 260 rem, 6.5x55, and four 6.5 CM’s. At that time the newer 6.5’s didn’t exist. I do still have my howa 26” heavy barrel 6.5 CM. I bedded it into the bell and Carlson adjustable medalist stock, and did a trigger job. Also fitted a PTG bottom metal to run aics magazines. With a viper pst gen 2 scope when they first came out. Little over 1500 rounds through it now, and still shoots like a house on fire. It’s my target rifle, and I’ve actually never carried this one hunting. It’s just nice having a rifle that if it groups over .350” you really screwed up lol. This is the last time I had it out trying a seating depth test with H4350. I saw this method on YouTube about only adjusting depth .003” at a time, and I ain’t used H4350 in years since I been on a RL16 kick in the 6.5 CM. Was super happy with the outcome. My usual load with RL 16 usually groups between .200”-.250”, but I have a good bit of H4350 and only 1 lb of RL 16 left, so I’m in the process of switching over now.
