A certificate of authenticity signed by Ed Weatherby will accompany each rifle. The floor plate bears an inscription and Kyle's logo. The price is $3,400, and a portion of the proceeds from each rifle will go to Kyle's family

The stock will be a Kryptik Highlander pattern and the caliber is a 300 Win and the rifle is a #3 contor fluted cerakot Accumark design just wish more than 26 were being made because not a lotta people will geta chance to get one! Great tribute to a fine American Soldier that left us way too early ! RIP Big Tex and Chad Littlefield! God Bless you and what you have accomplished !

Without a doubt Mike. Plus it's chambered in just about the easiest 300 Magnum to source ammo and components for. Great rifle. Looks like it was very well thought out.

You and me both. I think it's beautiful and well made. Maybe not wood stock with rich blueing beautiful, but the meaning behind the rifle and the sheer function of it, makes it pretty nice. I would enjoy having the 300 Win Mag again as well.

:grin: Got the news yesterday from Weatherby Custom Shop Manager that I was lucky #14 out of the lucky #26 folks that will be getting one of these LE Chris Kyle Accumarks and really pleased and honored. Normally I am not much on these LE Rifles but this one was different for me as it is going to a cause that has a lotta meaning to me! Also having a custom Accumark is another huge reason as my 338-378 is a hoot to shoot will be a couple months in production but worth the wait from the picture above HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY :mrgreen:

:grin: Thanks Guys !! Have not gotten all the particulars on the rifle but suppose it will be a Krieger Barrel and it looks longer than 26 inches? will keep everyone posted and trying to figure out if i want an optik with cammo or cerakote? Most of you guys know how i am about optics and probably have one that will come off a Vanguard as it cost like 4 times more than the Vanguard and will be looking for another optik to replace the Vanguard optik. Should be a foot of snow on the ground by the time the rifle makes ABQ so bring your cold weather gear as my range is at 6600 foot and kinda cool around Christmas and BTW someone bring a silencer for it and we will go Coyote hunting down on the Rio Bravo Bridge just down the street 3 miles as they like to come into town and eat cats and small dogs and the river slows them down a tad! :mrgreen:

Some 210's ABLR would be nice :mrgreen:

US Optics uses cerakote on their scopes. The 3.5-17 with one of their Mil reticles would be perfect for that rifle.
