Just got a remington 700 .270 22inch barrel. It shoots great with factory loads but I want to make my own. What are some of y'alls loads using the 130gr nosler bt? Iam looking for great white tail deer loads with accuracy and good distance. If you know the velocity include that also. Thanks for the info.

For a more General purpose load use the 140 AccuBond and RL 22 (abot 55-60 grains..Please work up!

I agree with Pop, 140 gr AB in your 270 Win will cover close range and long range shots.

For deer, I beleive the 130g BT will be good out to at least 700 yards. You dont need to heavily constructed bullet for deer. Btips are the best deer bullet in the world. I reload for my cousins remington in a .270. We get .5" groups at 100 yards, with a max load of IMR-4350. Velocity is right at 3000fps.
